We are looking for a Head of HR to join our wonderful Abbey community in September 2026., The Abbey School has been a leader in girls' education for over 130 years. The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of Human Resources across The Abbey School. The postholder will develop and implement an HR strategy that supports the School's vision, values and strategic priorities, ensuring that The Abbey attracts, develops and retains outstanding staff. We are looking for a Head of HR to join our wonderful Abbey community in September 2026.
