Head of Health & Safety

We're seeking an experienced Head of Health & Safety for a 6-month fixed-term contract at Avery Healthcare in Northampton. The role involves strategic leadership, compliance, risk management, and cultivating a proactive safety culture across multiple sites. You'll report to the Director of Care Quality and collaborate with various departments to ensure safety standards. Responsibilities include policy oversight, incident investigations, and fostering stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate holds a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification and has a strong background in health and social care environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for driving change and maintaining compliance excellence.
