Founded in 1564, Felsted School is a leading co-educational HMC and IAPS boarding and day school, educating circa 900 students aged 3-18. Located in a picturesque rural village in North Essex, the School occupies a stunning 90-acre campus. Felsted prides itself on being a welcoming and grounded school community which plays to the interests and strengths of the individual.

The Head of Global Education Programmes will lead the development and delivery of a range of programmes, with particular responsibility for the Summer School. The role combines academic leadership with programme development, staffing, quality assurance and student experience.

We are seeking an inspirational and highly organised educational leader with experience of curriculum development, programme management and staff leadership. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong academic judgement and a genuine enthusiasm for working with international students.

Experience of international education, summer schools, residential programmes or a similar educational environment would be advantageous. The ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards in a busy environment is essential.
