of the Global Energy Transition business unit, you will drive business growth by delivering comprehensive EV charging solutions (power distribution equipment, battery storage, and EV chargers) and accelerating market adoption. You will collaborate closely with global teams and lead regional engagement with key ecosystem partners, including our strategic partnership with ChargePoint.This is a highly visible leadership role where you will leverage your strong commercial acumen, influence across functions, and ability to build and scale high-performing teams.Locations: Fully remote role open to candidates based in Germany, the Netherlands, or the United KingdomKey Responsibilities Shape and bring to life the Europe EV charging infrastructure strategy, aligned with Eatons global roadmap and regional market opportunities Partner closely across Eaton business units for Power Distribution and balance of system to deliver comprehensive and differentiated customer solutions Nurture business growth
