Experteer Overview In this senior NHS leadership role, you will shape and deliver a Group-wide strategy for equality, diversity, and staff experience across three hospital sites. You will translate statutory requirements into tangible improvements for 18,000 colleagues and lead cross-site inclusion initiatives. Working with senior leaders, networks, and external partners, you will drive measurable change to foster an inclusive culture aligned with the Group's PRIDE values. This is a strategic, influential position with scope to shape the Group's future in a large, multi-site setting. Pay / Benefits
- Lead and deliver the Group's EDI strategy and improvement programme Oversee People Promise delivery and staff experience initiatives Ensure compliance with Equality Act, Public Sector Equality Duty and NHS standards Lead reporting on WRES, WDES, gender pay gap and related actions Analyse workforce data to identify inequalities and drive improvements Develop and support staff networks and inclusion forums Provide leadership to Site Inclusion Partners Build partnerships with senior leaders, staff representatives, community organisations and external stakeholders Provide assurance and expert advice to Boards and committees Support inclusive culture aligned with PRIDE values Tasks Degree level qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience Chartered Member of the CIPD, or equivalent professional standing Proven experience delivering statutory EDI reporting with measurable outcomes Experience leading workforce EDI strategy in a large, complex organisation Key requirements flexible and agile working travel across three hospital sites
