Job Description:
As Head of Economics, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Economics curriculum. You will play a key role in developing engaging lessons that inspire students at A Level, supporting their academic progress and preparing them for further study or careers related to economics. This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, effective team management, and a passion for delivering outstanding educational outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years' teaching experience in Economics at A Level or equivalent
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of the A Level Economics curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate students and staff alike
- Experience with assessment planning, data analysis, and reporting student progress
- Commitment to continuous professional development
