practical adoption of AI and automation across analysis, forecasting, localisation, competitor intelligence and trading productivity About You Significant ecommerce and digital trading experience within a fast paced consumer business, ideally fashion or retail Strong experience leading ecommerce trading teams and delivering significant commercial growth Good understanding of AI, automation and emerging ecommerce technology, with a practical mindset towards adoption Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex information into clear commercial decisions Comfortable operating in a high growth environment where priorities change quickly Confident operating with senior leadership and able to challenge constructively What's on offer?
