Our client operates exclusively in the Service Operations, AIOps, and Observability space, working with enterprise organisations across Europe to transform how they run and scale their IT operations. They are growing fast, their methodology is proven, and they are now looking for an exceptional Dynatrace specialist to lead their Dynatrace practice.
This is not a purely technical role and it is not purely a leadership role. It is both. You will be hands-on with clients, building and deploying world-class Dynatrace solutions, while simultaneously leading and growing a team of consultants and shaping the future direction of the practice.
What You Will Be DoingLeading the Dynatrace practice end to end, owning the technical direction, delivery standards, and growth of the functionDesigning, building, and deploying Dynatrace solutions for enterprise clients - leveraging the Davis AI engine for full-stack observability, AIOps, and autonomous operationsActing as the senior technical authority on all Dynatrace engagements, from initial discovery and architecture through to production deployment and client enablementWorking directly with enterprise clients at a senior level, running workshops, presenting solutions, and building lasting trusted relationshipsMentoring and developing a growing team of consultants, raising the technical bar across the practiceCollaborating with the wider leadership team to define the Dynatrace go-to-market strategy and identify new opportunitiesContributing to thought leadership, best practices, and the continued evolution of the company's Service Operations Framework
What They Are Looking ForDeep hands-on expertise in Dynatrace, deployment, configuration, Davis AI, full-stack observability, cloud-native environments, and AIOps integrationProven track record of delivering Dynatrace solutions in enterprise client environments - you have done this at scale and can demonstrate the impactStrong client-facing presence, comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level, running workshops, and presenting complex technical solutions simplyLeadership experience, you have managed or mentored technical consultants and understand what it takes to build a high-performing teamA genuine passion for Service Operations, AIOps, and the move towards autonomous IT - this is a company at the frontier of that spaceBased within commutable distance of LondonUK resident with full right to work
