Head of Digital Technology

This is a highly visible leadership position with responsibility for driving the organisation's digital strategy, technology capability, data agenda, and transformation programmes.,

• Developing and delivering the organisation's digital transformation roadmap.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance through technology.
• Leading business-wide transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Defining and maintaining the technology architecture and systems strategy.
• Overseeing enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, and service management systems.
