Full Job Description
Lead the execution and performance of the Purposeful Digitalisation programme across Digital Manufacturing, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and delivery across both Digital Manufacturing Backbone (DMB) and Digital Factory initiatives. The role acts as the central coordination and control function, driving alignment across business, IT&D, factories, and partners to ensure consistent and predictable programme delivery., Programme Execution & Control
- Own the overall programme plan across DMB and Digital Factory
- Ensure clear prioritisation, milestone tracking, and delivery alignment
- Drive execution discipline and follow-through across all workstreams Performance & Reporting
- Establish transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Provide structured input to leadership and SteerCo
- Drive visibility of programme performance and outcomes Governance & Alignment
- Ensure consistent application of governance and decision-making processes
- Align stakeholders across Supply, IT&D, factories, and partners
- Support escalation and resolution of critical issues Programme Coordination
- Act as central coordination point ("spider in the web") across all stakeholders
- Manage interdependencies across workstreams and sites
- Ensure alignment between planning, decisions, and execution Tools & Ways of Working
- Drive effective use of modern programme management and reporting tools (e.g. MS 365 and related platforms)
- Establish structured, pragmatic ways of working across the programme
- Enable teams to work efficiently and transparently
8+ years of experience in programme management, operations, digital transformation, or a related field. A formal degree may be beneficial but is not essential - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders
