As Head of D&T, and Hospitality you will define the strategic direction of a subject that empowers young people to design, make and think differently. What You'll Do
• Lead and inspire staff through coaching, CPD, and performance management
• Design and refine curriculum and schemes of learning across all key stages
• Model exceptional classroom practice and support colleagues to do the same
• Use data intelligently to shape interventions and raise attainment
• Oversee practical work, health & safety, and examination processes with precision
