Recruit, manage and train a team of credit risk underwriters to manage the quality and quantity of new business that is submitted by the sales team and from introductory sources.
Personally assessing and underwriting new business applications within the sanctioning authority and making recommendations to the credit committee for transactions in excess of this.
Contributing to the company credit risk framework and credit appetite guid to ensure the quality and quantity of new business written.
Devising and delivering credit risk training to create a highly competent, well performing and motivated credit team.

An experienced credit risk leader with proven management, coaching and development skills.
Experienced in credit risk underwriting in asset finance, invoice finance, commercial banking or another similar business lending environment.
Able to contribute to the ongoing credit risk strategy of the company.
