They are looking to appoint a Head of Contract Recruitment to take ownership of their contract division. This is a senior leadership role combining hands-on client development with team leadership. You'll be responsible for shaping the strategy, driving performance, and winning key accounts across high-growth technology markets. The role:

• Lead, manage and inspire a contract team of consultants in London
• Drive client acquisition and growth across the UK technology contract market
• Take ownership of P&L performance for the contract division
• Develop high-performance culture, mentoring both established billers and junior consultants
• Partner with the board to define and deliver growth strategy
• Proven track record in contract recruitment within technology markets
• Strong leadership experience - ability to motivate, upskill and scale a team
• Demonstrated success in winning and developing client relationships
• Commercially driven, strategic, and able to operate at board level
