Full Job Description
The postholder will lead the college's compliance assurance function, ensuring that all regulatory, statutory and data protection obligations are consistently met across the institution. Acting as the designated Data Protection Officer under UK GDPR, they will provide independent oversight of data protection practices, serving as the primary point of contact for the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Working closely with the Vice Principal: Corporate Services, the postholder will drive a culture of proactive compliance, embedding effective systems and practices across the college. This includes ensuring full alignment with Medr's Regulatory Framework, the Learner Engagement Code and the Quality Framework, as well as supporting the timely and accurate completion of the Annual Assurance Return to Medr.,
