You will manage a broad and high-quality caseload of company commercial work, including corporate transactions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, restructuring, joint ventures and governance matters.
You will lead on departmental strategy, supervision, business development and team growth. You will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the department and the wider firm.

If you are an accomplished senior corporate/commercial lawyer looking for a leadership role with real influence, autonomy and long-term potential, we would love to hear from you., 8+ years PQE in corporate or commercial law with a strong background in managing complex matters.
A proven track record of business development, client relationship management, and generating new work.
Experience mentoring junior lawyers or supervising a team.
