The role will own the SAP client engagement strategy, drive service quality, and evolve a client-centric operating model to support retention, expansion, and long-term account value across AG's core markets.
The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing Client Services / Account Management team, partner with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership, and own revenue, retention and growth
