Full Job Description

  • Lead national cleaning operations across multiple sites.
  • Ensure SLA, KPI and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Lead and develop Cleaning Managers, Supervisors and wider cleaning teams.
  • Manage recruitment, rotas, training, performance and team coverage.
  • Conduct quality audits and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with
    • H&S, HACCP, COSHH, risk assessments and SOPs.
  • Manage client relationships, attend meetings and present performance reports.
  • Oversee cleaning stock, equipment, chemicals and associated costs.
  • Ensure all sites remain fully staffed, compliant and audit-ready.

    Are you an experienced cleaning operations leader ready to take the next step? We're looking for a, 3-5+ years' experience as a Cleaning Manager, Area Manager or Head of Cleaning.
  • Proven experience managing a
    • multi-site portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of
    • BICSc standards, auditing and compliance.
  • Excellent people leadership and client management skills.
  • Highly organised, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
  • Strong MS Office and reporting skills.
    • Desirable: BICSc qualification, IOSH, and experience within corporate, pharmaceutical or data centre environments.
