At Leighton Park School, we believe education is about far more than examination results. It is about preparing young people to lead purposeful, fulfilling lives and equipping them with the confidence, character and skills to make a positive difference in the world.

This is a strategic and outward-facing role. You will oversee university and apprenticeship guidance, coordinate work experience and careers events, develop our exceptional alumni network, and ensure our Futures Programme continues to meet and exceed the Gatsby Benchmarks. You will also play a key role in supporting students through university applications, apprenticeships, overseas study and other exciting post-18 pathways.
Whether your background is in careers education, higher education, industry or schools, you will bring energy, vision and a commitment to providing exceptional guidance and opportunities for every student.
