Head of Auctions

This is a senior, revenue-driving position responsible for developing and managing the auctions arm of the business. You will take full ownership of the auction pipeline, from instruction through to completion, while building strong relationships with vendors, investors, and developers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow the auctions department across Northamptonshire
• Generate new business opportunities and secure auction instructions
• Provide expert advice to clients on the auction process, pricing strategies, and timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders
• Work closely with internal sales teams to identify suitable auction properties
• Oversee marketing campaigns for auction listings to maximise exposure and results
• Manage the full auction lifecycle, ensuring a seamless client experience
• Drive revenue and achieve/exceed agreed targets
  
  Current or previous experience working within property auctions (essential)
• Proven track record in winning instructions and generating revenue
• Strong knowledge of the Northamptonshire property market (desirable)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Full UK driving licence
