Oasis Academy Hadley is looking for a bold, energetic leader to head up Art & Technology. Someone who can bring a team together, raise the bar on teaching and learning, and make the creative curriculum a genuine "heartbeat" of the school. We're an all-through Academy (ages 2-19) with a strong sense of community, high expectations and a culture where staff are supported to grow and thrive. Why Hadley? - All-through, family feel: many students stay with us right through to Sixth Form, so you get to shape culture and outcomes over time.
- We take development seriously. You'll have access to strong CPD, Trust-wide networking, and opportunities to progress - with a leadership culture that backs its people.
- A thriving Sixth Form: each year around 95% of students progress to university, with many going on to Russell Group / top third universities.
- A modern, purpose-built campus: a vibrant learning environment designed to support a broad curriculum and community life.
- Technology that supports learning: every student (and staff) are equipped to access enhanced learning through iPads.
- Easy to get to: the Academy is within a short walk of Ponders End station.
