Whether it's classic jams or hot new tracks, music inspires us and drives us to do our best work every single day. Human curation is at the heart of what we do at Apple Music and can only shine through our work with artists, labels and management. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated executive to lead the Apple Music business and team in the UK and Ireland., Define and execute plans to grow Apple Music subscribers and billings in the UK & Ireland. Identify, size, and prioritise new initiatives to drive growth. Directly manage and develop a team of talented Apple Music Editors and Business Managers. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic business and cultural partnerships. Expand industry relationships with artists, management agencies, and rights holders. Lead the Editorial team to develop audience insights and craft the most engaging editorial experience. Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders across Apple Music including global leadership, marketing, Apple Music Radio, Shazam, Classical & more. Maintain outstanding attention to detail and obsess over the customer experience.

  • Experience managing and growing an entertainment content subscription business.
  • A strong understanding of the subscriber life cycle and strategies to optimise for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • A highly motivated and experienced leader with the ability to work across timezones with a variety of functions and personalities.
  • Extraordinary communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the music industry and deep understanding of the business.
  • A consistent track record of having led artist-focused creative projects end to end.
