Summary

InstaLoft is the longest-established and largest loft storage specialist in the UK. We run 8 regional depots across the country, and every single installer is directly employed, never subcontracted, because that is how we keep our install quality the best in the business.

We are growing our installation teams and we are looking for an experienced Head Installer to lead fits to that standard.

What you will earn with us:

• Base salary of £27,500 to £35,000 depending on experience
• Plus up to £5,000 company bonus
• Overtime available on top
• 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

• Company van, fuel card and tools, all provided

What you will do:

• Lead day-to-day loft boarding, ladder, insulation and storage installs in customers' homes
• Work from your local depot across your local region, with no overnight stays
• Mentor and develop your Assistant Installer
• Own quality and health and safety on site, and represent InstaLoft professionally
