Full Job Description
As Head Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for the overall management of the golf course, including:
- Course maintenance and presentation
- Team leadership and training
- Budgeting and resource management
- Health & Safety and compliance
- Work closely with the Greens Chairman/Committee and club management
We are looking for someone who: - Has proven experience as a Head Greenkeeper or in a senior greenkeeping role
- Holds relevant qualifications (NVQ level 3 in greenkeeping or equivalent)
- Has strong knowledge of turf management and sustainable practices
- Is a strong leader with excellent communication skills
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional course quality The following would be advantageous:
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificate
- Chainsaw certification
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery
