Head Chef - Wilmslow

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Head Chef, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus in a friendly and supportive environment. A leader and mentor to your brigade, you and your Sous Chef will also be passionate about their training and continued development. With overall responsibility for the kitchen, you will;

• producing best in class gastro pub food to delight our guests
• implement health and safety processes and maintain a 5-star rating
• achieve GP targets for the site, as well as managing stock and labour costs

Your Pub The Coach and Four, was once a historic coach house, and has been transformed into a fantastic pub restaurant in the area of Wilmslow and is one of our flagship sites. The Coach and Four not only provides the best fresh food and drink in a relaxing environment for all manner of occasions, but also offers 36 spacious, high quality rooms within its adjacent lodge.
