Full Job Description
The Head Chef is responsible for leading ROP Banhmi's Vietnamese kitchen operation and ensuring that every service delivers consistent food quality, safety, organisation and efficiency. The role combines hands-on cooking with team leadership, stock and cost control, food safety ownership and close coordination with FOH and management.
