Head Chef - Osteria Teatro - London

We are looking for a creative, hands-on chef to lead our kitchen and shape a distinctive Mediterranean-inspired food concept. You will take ownership of:

• Developing and refining the menu
• Establishing high kitchen and food-quality standards
• Leading and supporting the kitchen team
• Managing suppliers, stock, and food costs
• Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations
• Creating a consistent, confident, and commercially successful food offering
