As our Head Chef, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus in a friendly and supportive environment. A leader and mentor to your brigade, you and your Sous Chef will also be passionate about their training and continued development. With overall responsibility for the kitchen, you will;
- producing best in class gastro pub food to delight our guests
- implement health and safety processes and maintain a 5-star rating
- achieve GP targets for the site, as well as managing stock and labour costs With recent senior kitchen experience, in a fresh food environment, you will relish the chance to develop your career at Hydes.
