Head Chef - Manchester

Lead from the front by taking charge of a high-performing kitchen in a busy, fast-paced environment. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional food quality, driving menu innovation, and maintaining operational excellence. You'll inspire and support your team while creating fresh, healthy, and creative menus that consistently exceed expectations in a high-volume setting. What you'll be doing as a Head Chef:

• Leading a full production kitchen in a busy staff dining environment
• Leading the hospitality and events
• Delivering high-quality food at scale
• Supporting and guiding a team
• Stepping in across all kitchen roles when required
• Driving menu development with a focus on healthy, innovative dishes
• Maintaining excellent food standards, consistency, and efficiency
  
  Proven experience in a Head Chef role (minimum 2 years experience)
• Background in B&I and corporate catering
• Strong experience in high-volume environments
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Passion for high-quality food and menu innovation
• Strong knowledge of healthy and contemporary food trends
