Full Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up and take responsibility for leading a high-performing kitchen brigade.,
- Oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency
- Lead, train and develop the kitchen brigade
- Drive menu development and maintain the highest culinary standards
- Manage food costs, stock control and kitchen organisation
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensure the smooth running of kitchen services
- Work closely with the wider restaurant team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
Previous Head Chef experience or strong Senior Sous Chef experience within a high-quality restaurant - Michelin-starred or high-end fine-dining experience preferred
- Proven leadership and kitchen management experience
- Strong understanding of seasonal produce
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for delivering food to an exceptional standard
Salary up to £60,000 per annum - Opportunity to lead a Michelin-starred kitchen
