Pinky's Oriental Diner is looking for a talented, driven and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and become a key part of our growing team.

We're all about comfort food, warm personality and seriously good food. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the kitchen, lead from the front and help us maintain consistently high standards as we continue to build the Pinky's Oriental Diner brand.

• Salary from £46,000-£50,000 per year, depending on experience

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to step up
• Is confident leading, training and motivating a kitchen team
• Has excellent organisation and kitchen management skills
• Understands food cost, stock control, ordering, GP and waste management
• Maintains excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
• Can deliver consistently during busy services
• Has a genuine passion for unique flavours and creative food
• Is reliable, hands-on and comfortable taking full ownership of the kitchen
