Head Chef - Cambridge

We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen at a prestigious Cambridge Consultants site, operated by Eurest. About the Role As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing a busy, high-volume kitchen serving up to 400 covers per day, alongside delivering a high-quality hospitality service for on-site events and meetings. This is a free issue operation, requiring strong organisational skills and a focus on consistency, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food standards
• Oversee high-volume food production and ensure smooth daily service
• Deliver high-quality hospitality catering for client events
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
• Manage stock, food safety, and compliance standards
• Drive innovation and menu development within a contract catering environment
  
  Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume environment
• Previous contract catering experience is essential
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to deliver both bulk catering and high-end hospitality
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
