Full Job Description
This is a key leadership position for a chef who can combine strong food standards with team leadership and solid kitchen control. You will lead from the front in service, build and develop your team, and ensure the kitchen operates in a consistent, organised and commercially focused way. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the kitchen team
- Delivering strong food quality and consistency
- Managing labour, rotas and productivity
- Controlling stock, ordering, waste and GP
- Maintaining excellent food safety and compliance standards
- Working closely with the GM and wider operations team
Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef - A calm, hands-on leader who performs well under pressure
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, stock and labour control
- High standards around food quality, consistency and presentation
- Someone who can build a positive kitchen culture and develop people
from £45,000 yearly, Combined of salary, tronc and service charge
