Full Job Description
Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a care home setting
Experience as a head chef is desirable
Knowledge of IDDSI or complex dietary needs (desirable)
This position is working 24 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
The main shift pattern will be 9am to 3pm, however flexibility is desirable for this role
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to
individual
needs.
Create enjoyable dining experiences and themed events.
Plan daily menus and
support
kitchen operations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Make a positive difference through food and care.
