About the role: Full-time Head Chef responsible for the whole YO! kitchen operation and the safety of the team and guests. Leads and inspires the kitchen team on food quality and adherence to spec. Advertised by Wonderfield Group (YO! owner).
YO! Sushi is all about fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food, best known for sushi but also offering a mouth-watering range of hot street food.
