Your RoleAs our Head Chef, you will be the heartbeat of the kitchen, responsible for:
Leading and inspiring your kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality.
Ensuring adherence to specifications and preparing every YO! dish to perfection.
Creating a positive and energetic atmosphere that prioritizes happy teams and happy guests.
Driving profitability through effective food cost management.
Mastering all sections of the kitchen, from cutting fish to rolling sushi.
Running high-energy shifts and ensuring outstanding experiences for both guests and team members.

Working ConditionsThis is a full-time position with contracted hours of 45 per week. You will enjoy fantastic working hours that allow for a great work-life balance.
