As Head Chef at Join us at Ego, a family of Premium Pubs & Restaurants as unique as our locations from city centre to community pub we are full of character. Our menu is inspired by the Mediterranean, taking our guests across the continent. If you appreciate our individual character and style, we want to hear from you. you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You'll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you'll keep our guests coming back for more.

This is a suitable opportunity for somebody looking for their first Head Chef / Kitchen Manager appointment.

• Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
