Full Job Description
- Lead and develop the kitchen team across restaurant and event operations
- Deliver high-quality food for weddings, events, and daily service
- Manage stock control, ordering, and food costings
- Maintain food safety and kitchen compliance standards
- Train and mentor junior chefs
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction at all times
- Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless events and service
Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up - Background in hotels, weddings, events, or fresh food hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of stock control, GP management, and kitchen operations
- Passion for quality food and guest experience
