Collaborate closely with the F&B Manager to deliver a cohesive guest experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Background in hotel, upscale, or branded hospitality environments preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent knowledge of food cost control and kitchen financials
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food and modern dining trends
- Experience managing kitchens during openings, refurbishments, or relaunches (desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
