The Union Rye has an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position within a successful and fast growing business in a popular ancient town on the South East coast.

We are looking to hire a head chef to lead our MICHELIN Guide listed restaurant kitchen.

This position would suit an experienced sous chef with a proven track record for growth and development within a business. An ideal post for someone looking to relocate from London and support in the form of a relocation package will be provided on interest.
