• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard, following recipes and customer preferences.
• Supervise and lead bar staff during shifts, delegating tasks and maintaining service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and full compliance with food safety and licensing regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handling queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate stock control to minimise waste and shortages.
• Assist with staff training and development, ensuring team members meet performance standards.
• Help implement promotions, events, and drinks menus to drive sales.
• Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  
  Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with bartending practices.
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
