Job DescriptionHealthcare Assistant - Dunnock View | Elysium Healthcare Dunnock View Heath Road, Tendring Clacton-on-Sea, Essex CO16 0BX Dunnock View is a specialist mental health service providing care and rehabilitation for adults with complex mental health needs. Role Responsibilities As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work as part of the team to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care to service users. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing day-to-day care and support to service users. Supporting with personal care and daily living activities where required. Observing and reporting changes in behaviour or presentation. Following individual care plans and risk assessments. Supporting therapeutic activities and patient engagement. Maintaining accurate care records. Working closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Following safeguarding, health and safety and
  
  infection-control procedures. Requirements Previous UK healthcare experience - ESSENTIAL PMVA training - ESSENTIAL Mental health experience is highly desirable. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. Compassionate and patient approach. Ability to work effectively within a busy mental health environment. Shifts Dunnock View operates 24/7, with day and night shifts available, including weekends.
