Full Job Description
The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) supports the nursing and clinical team to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred care in general practice. The role focuses on routine clinical tasks, health checks, and prevention, helping patients to understand and manage their health. The HCA works as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside Practice Nurses, Advanced Practitioners, and GPs.
Formed in 2016, NCGPA is a vibrant GP federation supporting over 30 practices across Nottingham, serving more than 400,000 patients.
