Performing general repairs and routine maintenance across different properties.
Handling minor plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and tiling tasks.
Conducting regular inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
Assembling and disassembling furniture or equipment as required.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently.
Maintaining tools and equipment in optimal working condition.

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Handyman to join our maintenance and construction team. This role involves performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of various properties., Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
Broad knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel to different work sites.
