This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring all models are styled to the highest standard, reflecting the brand's aesthetic and aligning with creative direction. As Hair Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the hairstyling team, maintain consistency in hair looks across all shoots, and collaborate closely with the styling, makeup, photography, and production teams. • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of hairstylists across multiple e-commerce shoots.
• Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in hair styling across all brands and categories.
• Work closely with the creative and styling leads to define and implement hair guidelines that align with seasonal fashion trends and brand identity.
• Manage scheduling and resource planning for hair team coverage across studio operations.
• Provide hands-on hairstyling support during high-volume shoot days, campaign shoots, and special projects.
• Conduct regular hair look reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines and elevate output.
• Source and maintain hair tools and products, ensuring readiness and hygiene standards are upheld.
• Onboard and train new hairstylists in studio processes, safety, and brand expectations.
• Proactively address any challenges related to hair styling during shoots, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Stay up to date with trends, techniques, and innovations in hairstyling relevant to the fashion and e-commerce space.
