Gym Manager - Bromley, Greater London

We're looking for an experienced, ambitious and fully committed Gym Manager to lead our Bromley gym. You'll take ownership of the club's performance, build a motivated team and deliver a member experience that keeps people coming back. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, takes pride in high standards and has the drive to exceed monthly targets. What You'll De Doing:

• Growing the membership base - taking an active role in membership sales, following up enquiries and turning gym tours into new members.
• Leading your team - setting clear expectations, coaching staff and keeping everyone focused on results.
• Delivering outstanding service - building strong member relationships, resolving concerns quickly and improving retention.
• Maintaining excellent standards - keeping the gym clean, tidy, welcoming and well maintained.
• Owning club performance - tracking sales and operational results, identifying opportunities and taking action.
• Running daily operations - managing staffing, resolving problems and keeping the gym running smoothly.
  
  At least two years' experience managing a commercial gym.
• Direct membership sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets.
• A positive attitude and the ambition to consistently exceed monthly goals.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make decisions.
• Strong leadership skills, personal accountability and a commitment to the club's success.
  
  A salary of £40,000-£45,000 per year.
