Guest Services Executive - St Brides Spa Hotel

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Services Executive to join our Front Office team. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, creating memorable experiences from the moment they enquire about a stay through to their departure.
Whether you're handling reservations, welcoming guests to the hotel, arranging spa treatments, recommending dining experiences, or identifying opportunities to enhance a guest's stay, you'll play a key role in delivering the warm, personalised service for which St Brides Spa Hotel is renowned., Deliver outstanding service across all guest touchpoints, both face-to-face and over the telephone
Process room, spa, restaurant, and package reservations accurately and efficiently
Build rapport with guests and personalise every interaction
Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling of rooms, dining, spa treatments, and hotel experiences
Encourage guests to pre-book dining, spa treatments, and other experiences ahead of arrival
Respond to guest enquiries promptly and professionally
Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Ensure all guest information is recorded accurately and managed in line with GDPR requirements
Handle guest requests, feedback, and queries with confidence and professionalism
Contribute to achieving departmental revenue and guest satisfaction targets
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism within the Front Office area

Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, sales, or hospitality role
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
Strong IT skills and experience using booking or reservation systems
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive, proactive approach and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
Desirable:
Experience using hotel management systems such as Opera
Knowledge of spa, leisure, hotel, or hospitality operations
Previous experience working towards sales or revenue targets
