Exceptional service skills towards guests and colleagues with professionalism and warmth
An in-depth understanding of The Celtic Collection and all its services
Experience in handling multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring attention to detail in every interaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creating a seamless guest experience
