Guest Experience - Brighton i360

This includes:

• Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
• Selling tickets and supporting guest flow
• Delivering great service in the café (coffee, food, drinks)
• Supporting the retail/gift shop and driving sales
• Hosting guests on the i360 experience and sharing knowledge
• Supporting service in Drift Bar & Kitchen
• Assisting with events, dining experiences and private bookings
You'll move between areas as needed, working as one team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.


• Experience in hospitality, retail or customer-facing environments
• Confident, friendly and professional with guests
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume settings
• Flexible and happy to work across different roles
• Strong team player with a hands-on approach
• Good attention to detail and pride in your work

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll work across multiple areas of the business, including the attraction, café, retail, guest experience and Drift Bar & Kitchen - depending on the needs of the day.
