Job Description
SEN/Complex Care Support Worker ( Female), Farnham GU10. £19.00 gross per hour. Part-time opportunity to support Emily, aged 17, who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and complex medical needs.

- Pay: £19.00 gross per hour

- Hours and Days of Work: Wednesday 02:00 PM to 08:00 PM; Thursday and Friday 03:00 PM to 08:00 PM; one weekend day, 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM or 07:30 PM, twice monthly. Partial availability considered.
- Essential Experience: Experience supporting young people with physical disabilities, including manual handling, hoisting, and PEG management. Female applicants only.
- Desirable: Tracheostomy experience
- Driver Required: Yes to drive to and from the family home
- Family Pets: Two dogs
- Facilities: Fully adapted home
