GTM Business Operations Analyst

Have Relevant experience in a Business Operations, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, RevOps, Consulting, or similar role.Strong process-oriented mindset with an ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable improvements.Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced operational environments.Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Experience working with operational systems and technology platforms such as Salesforce or similar business systems.Ability to translate business problems into structured operational solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both business and technical teams.Experience documenting and mapping business processes using flowcharts, process maps, or similar techniques.Experience working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational datasets to investigate problems and quantify
opportunities.Interest in operational excellence, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable SaaS operations.Experience supporting process implementation, transformation projects, or operational change initiatives is preferred. Familiarity with Revenue Operations, GTM processes, or SaaS commercial operations is advantageous.
